Detailed Itinerary

DAY 1 Cusco · Pisac · Urubamba · Ollantaytambo · Aguas Calientes

We pick up our passengers from their accommodations between 07:00 and 07:30 a.m. First stop: Taray Viewpoint for a panoramic view of the valley, cornfields and the Sacred River.

Pisac Ruins: Inca terraces and local market.

Village of Lamay: photo stop to appreciate one of the area's typical dishes — EL CUY AL PALO.

Buffet lunch in Urubamba, capital of the Sacred Valley.

Ollantaytambo: Inca fortress with temples dedicated to water and sun. Then by train to Aguas Calientes. Overnight in Aguas Calientes.

DAY 2 Aguas Calientes · Machu Picchu · Cusco

Breakfast in Aguas Calientes. Bus up to the Sanctuary (20 minutes). 2-hour guided tour visiting Inca workshops, Moon Temple, Sun Temple and Condor Temple.

Free time to explore the citadel.

Return to Aguas Calientes. Return train to Ollantaytambo. Transfer to Cusco — end of service.
