ESNNA Code

In compliance with Law No. 29408 (General Tourism Law), its regulations approved by D.S. 003-2010-MINCETUR, and Law No. 30807, the company PEROU MAGIQUE TOURS E.I.R.L (with RUC 20610540938) declares its absolute rejection and actively condemns all forms of commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents (ESNNA) in the tourism sector.

1. Legal Framework and Penalties

The Peruvian Penal Code severely punishes conducts related to the sexual exploitation of minors with prison sentences ranging from 10 to 25 years. In accordance with Article 1 of Law No. 29408 and the Code of Children and Adolescents (Law No. 27337), we strictly adhere to national guidelines for the prevention, detection, and eradication of this illegal practice.

2. Company Commitment

As responsible tourism operators in Peru, we assume the responsibility of protecting the well-being of local populations and, primarily, the safety of minors. Our commitment translates into:

• Staff Training: Our entire team, including official tour guides, drivers, and administrative staff, receives periodic training to identify suspicious behaviors of child exploitation.
• Supplier Screening: We work exclusively with accommodation, transport, and guide service providers that have formal anti-ESNNA policies and comply with Peruvian regulations.
• Traveler Awareness: We promote ethical tourism, informing our international and national clients about the importance of protecting children's rights during their trip.

3. Reporting Mechanisms

If during your trip you detect, suspect, or witness any situation that violates the rights or physical or moral integrity of a minor, we urge you to report it immediately through the following official and free lines of the Peruvian State:

• Toll-Free Line 1818: Central single reporting hotline of the Ministry of the Interior of Peru.
• Line 100: Care service for family violence and abuse of the Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations (MIMP).
• National Police of Peru (PNP): Immediate communication with sector police stations or Tourism Police.
